Room Hire, Equipment and Bespoke Services
VAC Training Room can accommodate up to 18/20 people board room style and up to 50 people theatre style.
We are located in Harp Place, 2 Sandy Lane and offer fully accessible, free wi-fi and a range of low cost equipment hire. We have one large Training room space that can be arranged in a variety of styles to suit your needs for meetings, events, conferences and workshops. Should you require an additional breakout space, this may be available, please contact us.
Rooms can be booked for morning, afternoon or all day from Monday to Friday. Prices can be found below.
*Please note that we close at 4:30pm on Fridays

Voluntary Action Coventry has a variety of equipment available to hire on-site our premises.

Bespoke services
We offer a range of bespoke services tailored to the needs of individual voluntary and community organisations. Unless displayed, our fees are currently based on a POA (price on application) approach.
Consultancy/ Research
Tailored Training
In addition to generic training courses and workshops VAC can provide training to the trustees, staff or volunteers of voluntary and community groups. This can be tailored to reflect the situation and learning needs of the organisation.
