Participants on VAC’s Improving Lives Course have been out and about in Coventry, with our team finding out about how volunteering can support them, as well as their local community. From increasing your wellbeing and confidence, to developing your employability skills, a voluntary role can open so many doors.
Pictured here, we’re meeting our Alliance members, Albany Theatre, to learn about their current Front of House volunteer roles. We had a tour of the theatre including the studios and even had a sneak peak of a show in rehearsal!. Never a dull moment with Improving Lives.
The Improving Lives course is for anyone aged 18 years and over who is unemployed (or NEET) who wants to know more about volunteering opportunities in Coventry, and wants to have a go at some volunteering activities to increase confidence and wellbeing.
