Volunteering
Volunteering means to offer your time and skills, unpaid, for the benefit of others.
Being a volunteer can help you to learn new things, build confidence, and connect in your community and with other people. It gives a sense of satisfaction and purpose, and there are a great range of roles to suit every individual.
We provide an online, dedicated volunteering and community engagement site called Get Involved Coventry Here, you can find an enormous variety of long and short term opportunities to volunteer in and around Coventry or from the comfort of your own home. You’ll also find community events to attend, and taster sessions and workshops to try out.
Head over to Get Involved Coventry and create a volunteer profile to get started or if you’d like a hand, come to one of our in-person drop in advice sessions (Mondays and Tuesdays 10am – 2pm) – details below.

Come to a drop-in advice session
Speak to one of our friendly staff, face to face, for recommendations, ask questions or seek help to get into volunteering. No need to book – you’re welcome to drop-in between 10am and 2pm Monday and Tuesday.

Workshops are fun, inclusive and informative, and a great way to understand the processes of volunteering and which roles might suit you or someone you are supporting.
